1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PayRu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using PayRu, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access trading features, you must register for an account and complete our identity verification (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid form of identification such as your NIN, Voter's Card, Driver's License, or International Passport. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with incomplete, false, or fraudulent information.

4. Selling Crypto Assets

PayRu allows you to sell supported cryptocurrencies in exchange for a Naira payout to your linked bank account. When you initiate a sell order:

• You will be shown the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. This rate is locked for the duration of the deposit window.
• You are responsible for sending the exact asset to the deposit address provided. Sending the wrong asset or sending to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds, for which PayRu is not liable.
• Once your deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, you must provide accurate bank account details for your payout.
• Payouts are processed to the bank account you provide. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct.

5. Fees & Exchange Rates

Our exchange rates already account for our service fee. The amount displayed to you at the time of your transaction is the amount you will receive, subject to network conditions and confirmation times beyond our control.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or as required by law or regulatory obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

PayRu is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network delays, incorrect information provided by you (including wallet addresses and bank details), or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
